Payment is due upon service selection. Refunds available within 30 days if no services have been utilized. Travel insurance and third-party bookings subject to their respective terms.

4. Emergency Services

Our emergency services are available 24/7 for Premium and Elite members. Response times may vary based on location and circumstances. We coordinate assistance but are not liable for third-party service failures.

5. Limitation of Liability

Guardian Travel Advisors acts as an advisor and coordinator. We are not liable for acts of God, political events, natural disasters, or third-party service failures beyond our control.

7. Cancellation Policy

Service fees are refundable within 30 days if unused. Trip cancellations are subject to individual supplier policies and travel insurance coverage.
